Dianne Sims and the group at Lean On Me and Potter's Dreams are the best.  When we needed someone to watch after my dad(Dr. Joe) at Pointe Frontier I found Dianne.  We first started with her team helping Dr. Joe in the morning to get his day going and make sure he showered and dressed for a day with all the other folks at Pointe Frontier.  When we needed 24 hour care for Dr. Joe Dianne's team was an absolute group of angels for Dr. Joe keeping him  happy and full of life until the end.  If you need support for your loved ones Dianne and her team are the best.
